THEY AIN'T ON AUTOPILOT:
In 2005, Pilotdrift went from hearing its
demo played nonstop at the Good Records store to signing with
the Good Records label. Debut CD Water Sphere was later
released to rave reviews from local and national pubs. And 2006
looks to be equally exciting for the Texarkana band – it will be
hitting the road to open for Supergrass on a 16-date
North American tour. A word of advice to the folks over at
Trees: When the tour stops there Feb. 18, you might want to give
the opening act a little bit more time than usual.
